Controls stay within the loaded page
Library search, reading-type filters and the larger-text control operate in the page without cookies or local/session storage entries. Reloading returns the text to its standard size. Hosting services may process ordinary connection information needed to serve the website.
Links leave a public trail
Native section fragments are public URL text and may remain in browser history. Source and offer links make external requests when opened and follow the destination’s policies. Do not enter health information in the article-search field or a URL. These pages are not a confidential consultation or emergency channel.
